Description: Dress up in your Halloween garb and get out of the house! This Halloween party has been extended to last all day so that kids have something to do while school is cancelled. There will be costume parades at 1pm, 3pm, and 6pm. Pizza, cupcakes, and drinks will be served all day, and kids can participate in music and crafts. There will also be a costume contest and an opportunity for kids to fill up a Kiddie City USA cup with candy.
