Magic Day Camp Adds New, Air-Conditioned Buses to Fleet

Magic Day Camp, a summer camp in Bayside that serves children ages 4-15, recently added a number of air-conditioned buses to its fleet. These 10 buses were acquired in November, making this summer the first time the kids will get to ride in the vehicles.

“There is a bus company that we’ve been dealing with for like twenty-five years now and they actually added them to the fleet,” says Phil, owner and manager of Magic Day Camp. “They service a lot of camps, but I jumped on it and said ‘listen, I want the air-conditioned buses’ so we get them!”

Magic Day Camp has always had air-conditioned buses while kids were at the facility and for day trips. These new air-conditioned buses are for door-to-door transportation specifically. Door-to-door transportation is available for students throughout Queens and Long Island, a convenient feature for busy families and children that commute.

Magic Day Camp is located at 216-15 Peck Ave. in Bayside. Camp this year runs Monday-Friday, from 9am-3:30pm from July 1-Aug. 23. Extended day and early drop off is available as well. Interested parents can register their little ones for camp through traditional mail by sending enrollment forms to P.O. Box 260242

Bellerose or by emailing them to [email protected]. For more information, call 718-634-8109, or visit the Magic Day Camp website.
